It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that a correct and complete address is provided. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship the package and bill you for the additional shipping fee to resend the package.

All International First Class Mail will be marked as commercial merchandise. The value you paid for the items will be marked. Please note that all international orders are subject to VAT and customs fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by customs officials and are the responsibility of the buyer. International delivery times may vary (typically in the 2-6 week range) depending on the customs office of the arrival country. We are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped simply because order tracking is not available for International First Class Mail.

For domestic USA orders, a package isn't considered lost until 30 calendar days have passed. For International orders, a package isn't considered lost until 45 days. We will work with you to help recover the lost package. We do not cover Lost/Stolen packages due to negligence of Shipping Company.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return new and unopened products in their original packaging for a refund or an exchange within 30 days. 
We will pay for return shipping if the return/exchange is the result of our error or the products were defective.  Otherwise, you are responsible for any return shipping charges.
