WHAT IS A LITTLE BITS BOX

Here are some of the important informations that you need to know:

  • You will be charged the day you subscribe.
  • And you will be billed again the same date next month.
  • This will be your monthly due date.
  • This Subscription will NOT end until you CANCEL.
  • You may cancel anytime before your next billing date.
  • You can choose to Skip a Box Under your Account Page.
  • Boxes will not be guaranteed for customers with declined/denied payments.
  • Little Bits Boxes ships by the end of the month  (You will receive Tracking Information from us once your box have been shipped. )
  • Shipping schedule are subject to change due to product availability and manufacturer/production delays.
  • Little Bits Boxes are packed and Shipped Individually for Expedited Process.
  • Please note that if you place other items in your order other than your Little Bits box, it will be shipped separately.
  • Subscription/Preorders Once Placed are Non Refundable and Cannot be canceled. 
  • One Time boxes is priced as $32.50 plus Shipping & handling Fee.
  • Please take note, If you purchase at the lower subscription rate for the first time and then cancel your account right after. We will automatically cancel your subscription and your order. 
  • Only subscribe if you can commit to a monthly recurring. If you cannot, please choose the One Time Box Option

Our Kit includes variety of stationery products with monthly coordinating themes. 

Little Bits Kits are filled with Paper Crafting products to help you plan

and document a creative happy life.  Little Bits do Not cater to one specific type of Planner.  

Our stickers are both Functional & Decorative. 

Monthly kits will include Items Such as But Not Limited To:

(Please Note that NOT all the items mentioned above will be in your Monthly Kits.)

Aside from receiving the physical items.
Subscribers will also receive extra "DIGITAL ITEMS" with their purchase. 

Subscription is open From the 5th-20th of every month.

And Kits ships the end of the month.

Notifications

Our primary source of communication with our subscribers is sending emails through our newsletter. You agree to stay subscribed to our company’s newsletter.

You must open and read incoming emails. It is your responsibility to make certain that Mommy Lhey Designs has your current and working email address at all times.

Some Yahoo and Gmail accounts filter incoming emails and sort them through folders. Always check your SPAM/PROMOTIONS or SOCIAL EMAIL FOLDERS. Or better yet, add us to your address book mommylhey@yahoo.com so we can ensure proper delivery. Thank you kindly!

Payments

We accept new subscribers from 5-20th of the month. our boxes are sold out. We will open limited slots monthly for new subscribers. If you subscribed already, then your box will be guaranteed the next month, and you don't have to resubscribe again.

Please note that, the Date you first subscribed will be your monthly billing date.

Your Credit card will be charged monthly until you decide to cancel your subscription.

Shipping Schedules

Monthly Schedule Shipping of our #littlebitsbox is around the last week of the month.

If for some instance we experience some delays from transportation or some unexpected circumstances

we strive our hardest to inform our customers ahead of time all across our social media platform

and through our email newsletter.

Once your box ships, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information!

Subscription Return Policy:

We do not allow subscription kit returns. All sales are final. If your kit happens to arrive damaged or you are missing an item, please notify us through email within 7 days upon receiving your box and we will make arrangements to get a new kit or the missing items to you. It is the customer's responsobility to check & report to us the damaged item within the 7 days grace period. We do require however that the damaged item or box be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s LB kit or some particular item is no longer available, we will issue you a Store Credit for the item. Please email us at mommylhey@yahoo.com

 

Shipping Policy:

We ship our kits using the United States Postal Service: First Class Mail.

Please kindly take note of the new shipping rates

US: 7.50

Canada: $15.00

International: $21.00

All International mail will be marked as commercial merchandise.

International orders are subject to VAT and/or customs fees upon delivery

and is the responsibility of the buyer

All our boxes are packaged and sealed with love. And while we hope that we could ensure that every single box we mail arrives speedy and in pristine condition, sometimes things go wrong during transit. Once we send out your Little Bits Boxes, on their way to you we can no longer be responsible for the delays or damage caused by the shipping company. You will receive a confirmation email with all your your tracking information and for domestic customers, it becomes your responsibility to contact the USPS for resolution and file a claim. International shipments are not considered missing for at least six weeks after the last update. Please note that not all country supports detailed tracking through USPS system. After the given time and your package has not been delivered to you please contact us at mommylhey@yahoo.com so we can find a resolution. Please also take note that, if a package is marked “Delivered” by the USPS but you did not receive it, we cannot replace items that were safely delivered to your home.

We do not replace nor send a refund for Lost/Stolen Packages.
