RETURN POLICY & INFORMATION

If you received any damaged or deformed stamp, please take some photos and email us at hello@iammommylhey.com

            We will then arrange how we can replace your damaged item according on the availabilty of your particular set.

  • If the item is IN STOCK we will send you a replacement within 2-5 days time. If we do not, usually our manufacturer's production time can take 17-30 days.

  • Damaged Sets will be sent back to our manufacturer.

  • If you've received a wrong set, please do not hesitate to email us and we are always happy to help.

  • If you have a missing order, please get in touch with us and we will get back with you in a timely manner.

  • If you ordered an item by mistake and it's still in a 24 hour period time, Please contact us regarding your return, although unfortunately Mommy Lhey Designs is NOT responsible for the shipping of your return.
